Chenery Auditorium Policies

Where do i get tickets for events at chenery?

Each show sponsor is responsible for their own ticket sales; Chenery does not sell tickets for any event. Please contact each sponsor directly for more information.

Does Chenery have a lost and found?

We do our best to get things left behind returned to their rightful owner. Please send us an email with your contact information, the date of the event, and where you were sitting along with a description of the item and we would be happy to contact you if we’ve found it. Anything left in our lost and found longer than one month will be donated.
Chenery Auditorium is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Can I bring my own food and drink into the auditorium?

We do not allow any outside food and drink in the auditorium, including personal drink containers, thermoses, and water bottles.

Concessions are available at select performances.

Can I take pictures during the performance?

We ask that you do not take photos or make video recordings of any kind.

Many of our show sponsors pay for professional photography and videography of their events, and we leave any sharing to their discretion.

I'd like to bring my young kids with me. Are they allowed?

We host many school performances and love to see younger siblings and friends supporting each other. We do ask that you not bring strollers, if possible, as we do not have a safe place for them to stay during the performance. We also ask that you leave glass baby bottles at home.

We encourage children to be excited about live performances, but encourage you to keep them in their seats and make sure their behavior is respectful of the performers. For safety sake, this includes refraining from running up and down aisles and from going on the stage or in prohibited areas.

Please note that for all Gilmore Keyboard Festival events, no children under age 6 are allowed to attend per Gilmore's policy.

What if I show up late?

Late seating is determined by the show sponsor. In order to avoid disturbing the performance, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to get a drink of water, use the restroom, and find your seat.

What if Someone near me is being loud during the show?

Chenery Auditorium reserves the right to remove patrons who are causing a disturbance during the performance. Please find one of our staff members to report the issue.
